  1. Noobie… one word: “Decaf”

    :)

  2. Lol, i think a lot of people can identify with that man. This is a place to unload. Why are you looking for a total resolution in one go. just do this and get this off ya chest. it’s all good. this was awesome..

it was real dude. also.. fuck what other people say, and remember this – people will watch because they wont want someone to tell them what you did and miss it, it seems these days people watch content regardless of if it’s good or not. personally you seem to have the same things as me. so keep going dude. get the outlet of it out.

DONT TRY TO POST THINGS FOR RESPECT. POST IT BECAUSE IT MEANS SOMETHING TO YOU.

  3. I think Brad hit it on the head with the last sentence in his comment. If what you post means something to YOU, then it doesn’t really matter what anyone else thinks. Right? You are not a trained monkey, here to perform for the amusement of the masses. Do what’s right for you!

BTW, your first installment of “Dare Me” was hilarious!

Did I just contradict myself? LOL

  4. Just want to make myself clear. Everyone has an opinion and I want to hear what they have to say. Everything is up for interpretation. I want to know if someone thinks I suck, but I want to know why they think that. Then I can evaluate whether I agree with them or not and where to go from there.
When anyone is starting off doing anything they’ve never done before feedback is a must. All I meant by this was I beat myself up a lot and am really hard on myself. I take what someone says and really think about it; especially if it’s from someone I respect and look up to.
I think the bottom line is I just need to have a point before I turn on the camera and just get to that point.

Thank you all for watching and commenting. It’s why I do what I do.

  5. Please allow me to respectfully disagree, if I may.

For me it’s the spontaneity of your video post that I find most interesting. The “here’s what’s on my mind” aspect makes it much more real than something scripted.

Do what you must, but that’s my two cents worth.

  6. Time is the enemy of everyone who lives for one passion but is responsible enough to not neglect the balance of their lives.

Personally I think it’s great that you’re confused and feel lost. It’s a sign of growth. You’re what, 25? You’re SUPPOSED to be confused and lost! LOL.

You’re a husband, father, employee, and videoblogger. A lot to juggle. I would say to just go with those feelings of confusion, go ahead and feel your way forward. Because the key word is FORWARD. As long as you’re moving forward, in motion, not static, you will get to where you want to be.

It’s those people who let their feelings of confusion make them immobile that are truly in trouble. I don’t see that being a problem for you.

    My $.02 anyway…

  7. I hear you. I think we all feel like that at some point – actually at various points you just look around and say “what the fuck am I doing?” Its an important question.

Seems like the busier one gets, the less time you get to explore what you want out of life. It’s always good to take some time to do that.

    Unloading is good. :)

  8. ONE WORD: ROCKS!!!!!
no matter what kind of video it is….i look forward to whatever you post dude!
that last one was a good honest one. people will have their negative and rude opinions…..but hey, the negative ones will help you make your site better. dont take those negatives to heart….take it as a positive to do your site better!!!!!!!!
“DARE ME”……………..hu huh…dare others to do a site like yours!!!!!!
ROCK ON WITH YOUR SITE DUDE!!!

  9. I can say I know exactly how you feel. Your juggling with family and finding the exciting things around you to show and talk about would be the equivelent to time that has passed in my life to work and try to survive and returning to school. I can say I have come to a realization that maybe can help you. I needed to evaluate what type of world I was living in. Was I surrounding myself around people who wanted to achieve the things I wanted? Was I taking those moments of watching my favorite tv show or time spent doing things that really didn’t affect me but was easy to do because I didn’t have to leave the house and using them wisely? Was I trying to make the people around me apart of the thing I love or even dream I had because it was more convenient, though they it may not be what they want? Was I as social as I thought I was? You are building a community of people who are doing it and they are encouraging you to go on. Grab out and reach to them and find the route they are taking to network and meet people and discover what others want to know and see It’s something I promised myself I would do. My free time is to make it happen and the sacrifices I make will be worthwhile. I am out to embrace the blogging, videoblogging, and filmmaking world and the only way they will know who I am is for me to walk up and shake their hand. Even if it means I have to travel a long distance to do it. I have faith you will figure this out soon.

By the way maybe you should make this a regular weekly rant. It got me fired up, I’m pretty sure others beside myself needed it.

  10. I can’t wait for my blog to go live. This is like free therapy! Hahah!

You’ve surrounded yourself with some kickass people – at least the ones that post comments :P

  11. Clintus Maximus Meridius, commenting about life that exposes the hypocrisy of the overly religious, mocks the morons behind the scenes who lead us into unnecessary war and generally laughing at how stupid people really are is what keeps me from going nuts. You my friend, whether you believe it or not, belong in front of the camera, and I like to hear what you have to say about anything because you aren’t jaded about life. Keep doing what you do: make people think, make people laugh and use your talent to create, it’s what you do man…or you could get one of those push carts and sell frozen fruit bars and poorly lit DVD cams of current movie releases. It’s YOUR choice.

  12. The first thought that came to me:

Dude, I bitched at you for that way back when. Way to fucking go. Shiv.

The second thought that came to me:

There are 24 usable hours in every day.
