I have never heard of video blogging week and now i have missed it

I am going to try to take part in 2009, if i can remember, so watch out 4 me!

Hope all the skin stuff checks out alright for you clintus. I think its very brave of you to be putting stuff like that on your blog !

Be careful with the spots. I had a large one removed from my lower back many many many years ago. A biopsy showed it was Basal. Been getting check-ups ever since.
